Ask your RSVP form to capture flight arrival details (airport, date, approximate arrival time). Most guests will cluster around one or two arrival windows — a morning flight wave and an afternoon flight wave — especially if the ceremony is on a Saturday.

Step 2 — Group arrivals by terminal and time

Gatwick has two terminals (North and South) linked by a free shuttle. Guests on different airlines may arrive in different terminals. Group your airport pickup runs by terminal, allowing 30–40 minutes from landing to the vehicle — time to collect bags, clear customs, and reach the pickup point.
