Driver arrives at your address

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours ahead to secure your vehicle type and fixed fare. For early morning departures (before 6am) or large group bookings, 48–72 hours is advisable. We do accept same-day bookings when vehicles are available — call to check.
What if my flight is delayed on the way back?
We track your flight live. The fixed fare covers up to 60 minutes of delay. If your flight is delayed beyond that, your driver will stay and we agree an additional waiting charge before it applies — you will not be stranded.
Which Gatwick terminal do you drop at?
We drop directly at North Terminal or South Terminal as specified at booking. Please check your airline’s terminal before booking. If you’re unsure, we can advise based on your airline.
Do you serve villages outside Tunbridge Wells?
Yes — we cover the full TN1–TN4 postcode area: Southborough, Pembury, Rusthall, Speldhurst, Bidborough, High Brooms, Fordcombe, and surrounding villages. Journey times from outlying villages are 5–15 minutes longer; fares are fixed at the same rate.
How do I pay?
Payment is made to your driver at the end of the journey. We accept cash and bank transfer. Card payments are available — confirm at time of booking.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. If you’re booking on behalf of a family member or colleague, give us their name and mobile number and we’ll send the SMS confirmation directly to them. Useful for parents booking for students or businesses booking for clients.
